For my Eastertide gift for anyone who comes along and reads these postings, I'm promising you a new sister blog, Praying with Merton. Here's how it will work: several times a week I will begin by sharing with you my reading of Merton's New Seeds of Contemplation, one of Fr. Louis' most enjoyable books. I'll go chapter by chapter, page by page, quoting Merton and making a few observations on my own. If all goes well, I make my first post on Easter Monday.
